Provident’s Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse series of silver and copper rounds kicked off with the White Horse of Conquest on March 8, 2017. The biblical tale of the Four Horsemen has become a pop culture staple, and we’re really excited to share our own take on the story.
Some of our customers within the Reddit community had some nice things to say about the White Horse round, such as:
“I spend all my money on shiny and then Provident releases this! Oh well…time to go buy more!” -BioKram
“…these are pretty cool and I’ll probably get them.” -vinberdon
“…a lot of stackers like the end of the world or apocalypse themes. I think they look pretty good.” -randomretro
The White Horse design was available for nearly four months, until it was corralled to make way for the Red Horse of War on July 1, 2017. We’ve since crunched the numbers and the final mintage of the White Horse silver round is 16,406, and the final mintage of the copper round is 14,221. This is a relatively low mintage for an original series, so owning one or more of this pieces adds a bit of rarity to your bullion collection. We’ll also be keeping an eye on the secondary market to see if the White Horse rounds increase in value due to the low mintage numbers.
This morning, we compared the first two days of sales of the White Horse of Conquest to the new Red Horse of War, and were delighted to see that the Red Horse has picked up some steam. In the first two days of sales, the White Horse silver round sold 3,131 pieces and the copper round sold 2,035 pieces. In the Red Horse’s first two days of sales, the silver round sold 3,401 pieces and the copper round sold 2,345 pieces. These numbers came as an unexpected surprise since bullion sales often slow down during the summer months.
While the White Horse BU rounds are no longer in production, you can still get NGC certified White Horse rounds in both proof and antiqued finishes spanning several top grades. We invite you to browse our Four Horsemen page to see our selection. And don’t forget to continue your Four Horsemen collection with the Red Horse of War!

I think that what you said was very reasonable. However, what about this?
what if you wrote a catchier post title? I ain’t suggesting your content isn’t
good., however suppose you added a title that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean Final mintage numbers for the
White Horse of Conquest rounds | Provident is kinda boring.
You ought to peek at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they write article titles to get people to open the
links. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab readers excited about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.

Maybe the low demand has something to do with the rounds milk spotting…You guys can do better…
ProvidentMetals.com says
Hi Ken,
We were recently made aware of the milk spotting issue and are working to correct it. If you are unhappy with any Provident products, please contact customer service. Thank you.

If we call customer service about spotting. We will just be told they are bullion and the spots don’t going to hurt the value. Just like they say when you get a big gouge on a coin. Yes, they offer to replace them at the buyers expense but there’s no guarantee it’s not going to happen again.

Customer service will be happy to work with you, if you so choose. In the meantime, we’ve been in contact with the mint and are actively working to fix the issue.
