Searching for light — a safe haven — the uninfected continue to find only darkness during the apocalypse. The terror continued during Murk Diem’s gloomy trek as a zombified Lady Liberty, but her time haunting the living is at an end.
The fifth release in the Zombucks: Currency of the Apocalypse® series, the Murk Diem 1 oz silver and copper bullion rounds were contained on October 1.
The final mintage numbers show her impact on the living during her three-month existence:
Silver – 37,662
Copper – 84,617
Those of you who added the Murk Diem to your zombie herd, were rewarded with the lowest mintage to date! We’re proud of the final Murk Diem numbers and the fact that thousands of you were fortunate enough to continue to add to your collection during the dog days of summer — traditionally the slowest season of the year.
To recap the previous Zombucks BU mintage numbers:
Walker
Silver – 47,885
Copper – 110,602
Morgue Anne
Silver – 41,620
Copper – 111,036
Zombuff
Silver- 48,428
Copper – 129,986
The Barber
Silver – 39,847
Copper – 88,392
These numbers will forever live on their respective product pages for your records. And while the BU adaptations are no longer available for purchase, proof versions of each design still remain.
Joining the undead series just in time for the scariest holiday season of the year is the Zombucks Feast Dollar
A tribute to the Peace Dollar. The ghastly design features a famished Lady Liberty with worms wriggling through her unkempt hair; teeth and bone projecting through her skin.
The Feast Dollar is the sixth release in the Zombucks® series and will be available in silver and copper bullion until January 1, 2015.

I’d like to see you put out some type of album to put these types of limited sets in that your selling, just like they do for American Silver Eagles and Canadian Maples. As a collector of the various series your putting out I’d be interested in a Damsco type album with the proofs, silver & and copper set pages included and any larger design like the recent 5 oz coins.

You’re in luck Will, we should have our case ready very soon. Hope you like it!

I would love a limited gold bullion Zombuck to wrap up the series. Perhaps a 1/10th oz .999 gold coin.

Hmm, I love the idea of doing them in 1/10th ounce, so that they are more affordable, but I question how well all the detail would translate onto a coin that small. I’d still buy it tho, Provident. *hint hint

product suggestion: I would love to buy old roman and persian silver coin replicas.

We love the idea of replica silver too Sam, so many interesting examples and designs to replicate! We’ll pass your suggestion up the chain.

Now THAT is an awesome idea.
