Step 1: Call and Lock in Your Price
Call our team of knowledgeable buyers toll-free at (800) 313-3315 and talk to them about the items you’d like to sell. They will tell you which products we can and cannot accept. After which, you will be offered some of the most competitive prices for your qualifying bullion. Bear in mind, your items must reach a minimum total of $1,000 for us to accept them.
Once you lock in a price with a representative, you will receive an email confirmation containing information such as your prices, a packing slip, and shipping instructions.
Step 2: Ship Your Items
Next, we ask that you ship your items to us by the next business day. Check your confirmation email for recommendations and guidelines for safely packing and shipping precious metals. Shipping your items to us is your responsibility. The better you pack your items, the less of a chance there is that items could get damaged on the way. We advise you to pack your items according to the recommendations of our shipping manager in the video below.
Step 3: Get Paid
Once your items are received, our quality control team will inspect the package to verify the contents and authenticity of the items inside. We receive hundreds of packages each day, so please allow up to three business days for this process to be completed and payment to be issued.
You can choose to receive payment via ACH (electronic check), paper check, or wire transfer. This is something you will discuss with your representative when you call to lock in your price.
